We begin with some gentle breath work -- Ina Lanara is a certified yoga teacher who will lead us in doing some breath work that is heart-opening, calming, and relaxing.

We then moved on to offer a beautiful guided meditation journey full of higher energies, including potent energy work.

Tickets covered all events for this half-day retreat, including complimentary snacks and beverages served in the foyer.

those traveling in from out of town, had many choices of hotels, motels, and AirBnB lodgings available in the Santa Fe area.

It's a city known for its many historic landmarks, classical southwestern architecture, pueblo communities, world class art galleries and art museums, fun shops, and popular cafes.

The property offers plenty of free parking, and a leafy courtyard to enjoy break times with complimentary snacks.

The pair have performed all over New Mexico, especially in the Taos and Santa Fe areas, as well as studying their craft worldwide.

Caitlin's powerful voice unleashes the healing needed within and supports the rise of ancestral, Divine Feminine release.

Sebastien's gentle presence and deep connection to the subconscious and other worlds, creates a container for deep transformation.
